This study assesses level of residents’ satisfaction with infrastructure and facility provision in public housing estate in Ado- Ekiti. Combined application of Purposive and random sampling methods were used appropriately to select respondents. Descriptive statistics such as percentages, weighted average and relative importance as well as inferential statistics which include Linear regression and correlation were used to analysed data collected from the field. The result showed inadequacy in the provision of the following infrastructure and facilities. They are: shopping complex, recreational centres, water supply, fire stations and pedestrian walkways with weighted average of 2.4, 2.3, 2.2, 1.7 and 2.0 respectively. Similarly, residents recorded their dissatisfied with provision of shopping complex, recreational centre’s, water supply, electricity supply, fire stations and pedestrian walkways showing weighted average of 2.4, 1.9, 2.3, 2.0, 1.8 and 2.0 respectively. Correlation result revealed that there was association between state of infrastructure provided and respondents’ satisfaction with residential environment were highly significant (p ≤ 0.05) for all infrastructures considered except for a few. The result also showed that there was positive significant (p ≤ 0.05, r = 0.49) association between the state of infrastructural provision and challenges experienced. The results further showed that there was a positive relationship between satisfaction with residential environment and intention to leave (p ≤ 0.05, r = 0.40). Based on the findings of this study it was concluded that; residents in the public housing estate in Ado-Ekiti perceived that facilities and infrastructure provision were averagely available and also residents’ in public housing estate in Ado-Ekiti were mostly dissatisfied with the facilities and infrastructure provided.
