dc.description.abstract The thesis aims cultivating a positive attitude of awareness towards the design or an administrative building. This is done 110tonly to provide the party with spatial infrastructure. but also to have an environment that is conducive to the needed attitude towards the sustainable socio-political development of the Twenty-first century and beyond. At the inception or the new Peoples Democratic Party, the headquarters rented an office space. This created an unbalanced administration therefore; more office spaces were naturally needed. Accommodating both the officers and ancillary facilities becomes a great necessity. This project therefore designs a party headquarters that PW\ ides: A definite identity for the party, adequate service, simple vehicular and pedestrian circulation network. en_US
