Abstract:
The study is centred on exploring the concept of branding in establishing a connection between campus aesthetics and image perception of academic environments. It resonate the functionality of bus shelters as a consistent platform of showcasing the tangible and intangible assets of an environment through enhanced graphic visuals. The research design adopts experimental/product development. Visuals of technological strides, infrastructural development and student’s activities were captured through the aid of digital camera and enhanced with graphic design packages.
Thereafter, the visuals were printed on a reflective printing medium (flex). Prints were framed into the selected bus shelter accordingly on an experimental illuminated background.
