Abstract:
Aluminum has been established as element that has neurotoxic properties with the
ability to cause features which are similar to those of Alzheimer’s disease, the
primary being cognitive dysfunction, oxidative stress and inflammation.
Researches are currently ongoing to expand the beneficial effect of quail egg yolk
primarily due to the amounts of bioactive mineral elements and compounds
present in it. This study was aimed at investigating the oxidative and neurological
mechanisms of Al toxicity, the curative and its protective effects of fat and water
