dc.description.abstract The study on Air Conditioning Design, Installations and Maintenance Problems in. Commercial Buildings in Nigeria using Lagos as a case study was presented. It looked at the various problems encountered in the design, installation and maintenance of Air Conditioning Systems, and identified the causes and sources of the problems. Questionnaires were administered and oral interviews conducted for information acquisition. The findings were analyzed based on frequency of problem occurrence and its possible causes/sources. The result of the research shows that about 70% of the identified problems were due to poor designs, poor installations and poor maintenance habits. Recommendations were made on how to combat the identified problems. en_US
