dc.description.abstract	In this thesis, A secure electronic voting system mathematical model was developed. The model was implemented using three-tiers web enabling application. The technological approach was apache as web-server with extended capability for PHP scripting language and MySQL relational database. The system is not prone to manipulation, the result of the pool is transmitted online into central election result database using wireless application solution. The system generates voting analysis graphically to determine the winner, loser and proper vote-counting on percentage basis, reducing elections fraud in voting process, make the voting process accessible to people with disabilities, reduce the associated cost in running elections and increase participation in election.	en_US
