Abstract:
In project management, resource allocation, resource scheduling, resource levelling and resource smoothing are closely interrelated concepts used to manage project resources effectively. They perform different functions in planning, executing and controlling project resources. Resource levelling cannot take place without resource allocation and scheduling, also resource levelling is incomplete without resource smoothing; hence the title of my lecture.
