It eamined users level of patronage of land registry services before and after the introduction of Ilorin digital land registry it assessed the significant factors affecting users satisfaction on Land Information Management System evaluated the levelof users satisfaction before and after theintroduction of Ilorin digital land registry, and identified the constraints associated with the new wara State digital land registry with a view to improving the eisting system of managing land information. A close-ended questionnaire was administered on the Four hundred (00) landowners selected from the two hundred and siteen thousand two hundred and thirty-three (1,) target population and One hundred and forty-si (1) registered professionals in the built environment for the study. Data were collected on the level of patronage, factors affecting users satisfaction on Land Information Management System and level of users satisfaction before and after the introduction of Ilorin digital land registry and were analyed using descriptive statistics, discriminant function analysis and paired sample t-test. Findings revealed that there is insignificant increase in the level of patronage of the registry after the introduction of digital land information management system. This could be as a result of the operation of the registry which still involves the analogue filling system despite the computeriation, the constraints associated with the digital registry and inadequate sensitiation of the general public on the operation of the digital system. Time of completion, cost involved, easeof transaction, speed of access and removal of bureaucracy were the most successful predictors of users satisfaction with wara State digital land registry. The paired sample t-test revealed that users (land owners and professionals) of Kwara State land registry are more satisfied with the registry after the digitaliation because the time of completing a transaction in days after the introduction of digital system is now shorter, the cost involved is more affordable to professionals, the mode of payment of cost involved and the ease of transaction is much easier, the introduction of digital system is more transparent and has removed unnecessary overlap and duplication of title. The result also shows that access to information in days is now timely while the speed of access to land information by the digital system is now faster but the digital system has not removed bureaucracy, there are still cases of loss of data and some of the officials of the registry are corrupt. This implied that there is significant difference between the users satisfaction before and after the introduction of digital land information management system.
