Abstract:
Telecommunications, communications over distance using technology to overcome that distance. It is usually means the transmission of words, sounds, pictures, or data in the form of electronic signals or impulse, sent either as an individual message between two parties or as a broadcast to be received at many locations. There is a need for a structure to house all those various activities and to ensure the success or maximum productivity there must be free movement from one space to another, from one department to another and also in and out of the building, however a good attention in given to the design so as
to qualify its environment, externally and internally to enhance the activities to be carried out.
